Kjersti Jonsdtr Grue was the 5th child of John Thoresen Grue and Kari Hansdtr.
Kjersti was married in 1880 at Røros, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway to Ole Alsten Grinde [1854-1933]. They then moved to Jämtland county in Sweden.
They had 11 children, all born in Rätan parish in Jämtland. I have not researched this family in any detail.

It appears that one of their children Edith Otillia Grinde [1892-1980] had emigrated to Minnesota.

Kersti was married in April of 1880 so leaving the parish for Sweden in the springtime of 1880 is likely
