NOTE, there are couple of articles in about Jun 1972, re; estate and the continuing of agricultural land zoning for tax purposes; 22 acres bounded by Highland, Belleair, and Nursery Roads [ currently, according to 'street view' on google maps, the southern part of the this area is a shopping plaza and the northern part is vacant with grass and trees; to the east of this is housing, likely from the 1970's-1980's and off of Nursery Roads is "Nelson Place" ]

Ancestry family trees provide little detail: Kirkpatrick FT has some info regarding daughter Helen - name as Helen Campbell Nelson and first married to .... Sawyer, and then to .... Walden with 4 female children
BUT this tree has WRONG information on Irvin C Nelson's mother, Helja (Helen or Ellen) - this tree has her name as Helen Johnson born in 1885 and her father as Johannes Nilson born 23 Jun 1850 ⁶⁹⁴⁴
