It is correct that my father Anders Albert L (1872-1960) and his brother Johan L together with Johans wife Edelina and there two children, 3-years old Dagny Elisabet and 1 and1/2 year old John, left Wilhelmina in june 1909.
Albert stayed with Johans family in Hay Lake to help with the building of their house. Albert and several more men from Wilhelmina worked in the woods making, what he called "props", that was used for building railway in Alberta.
In 1912 when Jonas and Anna Greta L emigrated to Canada, there was only two of Per Eriks and Sara Kararinas children left in Sweden. Nils Petter Olaus L who was a farmer (he was Sara Katarinas son before marriage) and Gustaf Erik, who was a photographer and traveled around in Sweden and Norway in his work.
Per Erik wished that one of his sons would return home, but who? The choice fell on Albert who was not yet married.
Per Erik shared the home between Petter and Albert.
Albert married my mother Hanna Elise Henriksson 1917-12-22 and got three children. Erik Henrik was born in Januari 1919 and died in april 1958. Anders Karl Birger was born in february 1921 and died in 2010. I , Karin Ingegerd Blomström, was born in June 11, 1929. Today I am the only living cousin to Mary Grue on here fathers side in Sveden.
Per Erik died in 1918, three month later died his son Gustaf Erik. Sara Katarina died in 1936 at the age of 92. 4966
