HOWEVER, through www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~cansk/Saskatchewan (Sask Gen Web, then to "homesteads" or "maps" then to Sk Wheat Poo), link to maps and then to Sask Wheat Pool Maps, Weyburn......provides a map with the elevator, but also townships and ranges

Twp 7, Range 19, W of 2nd is just south of the town/village of Khedive, SK about 25 kms west of Trossachs (RM of Brokenshell) or about 15 kms east of Pangman, SK, municipality office; www.pangman.ca website has a link to the Village of Khedive, with a bit of history and some photos

** Allie would have been in Canada for a fairly short period of time: entry on his homestead was in Apr of 1909, with residence on the homestead in Jun 1909. Patent was received in Apr 1912 and by Apr 1915 he was living in Minot, ND (he could have moved to ND anytime in 1912-1915).
