Feb 2016 (BC Winter Games, Penticton) I met Murray Byers - he married Sonja Antonsen, daughter of Delores.
He was with the Victoria (Vancouver Island) speedskating team as an assistant coach. He is a pharmactist in Victoria (has his own stores). His grandfather or so started Byers Flour Mills in Camrose - he grew up there. My mom (Mary Grue) was his grade 4 teacher. Also Dad was his first hockey coach - Dad had coached beginning kids (before "mighty mights") for 2-3 years. Murray has a brother who has a farm in the Battle River valley that at one time had contained Duggan's (we talked about the Duggan barn landmark).
