... Upon a change in Bersvenshaugen in 1713 the heirs are the closest relatives, Knut Larsen Os, from Ustu Os, and Mikkel Solansen Østgarden. A sister of Knut Larsen was married to Bersvenshaugen. Can Mikkel Solansen have been married to a different sister? Mikkel is listed as user of the farm in 1721 [in the record] of the damage by the Swedes in 1718 and 1719. The son Solan is the user of the farm in the land register of 1723 [ not clear if this refers to Bersvenshaugen or Gammelstu; 8 May 2013 ]
