[NO, this isn't correct; Alfred was born in ND; Olava was born in Norway; Alfred's father (Per Halstensson) emigrated in 1864 from Östmark, Värmland, Sweden and settled at Stockholm Township in Wright Co, MN before moving around 1878 to the Sheyenne area in Eddy Co, ND).
Spouse of Ernest Edwin Alger. Pioneers of Trinity Valley, BC. Hazel gave birth to the first child born in Trinity Valley, BC in 1914 [not recorded on Jones FT, but is likely daughter Mabel born about 1915 in Canada - see 1920 US census].

[Trinity Valley is about 20 kms north of Lumby, although driving the road would likely be slow - it is windy and most of it is gravel; follow Mable Lake Road for abt 3 kms+ and then left on Trinity Valley Road]
