- he had gone to Chicago to further his education, but died there in the flu epidemic - died 20 Feb 1919

- no relation in Canada ??? - maybe means in Chicago, his destination
- age 1, Fab Lab ??? Fabrication Labor ???

- this indicates he was alive in Jul 1919 and so his death could not have been in Feb 1919, BUT ancestry indexing does have a number of errors and the actual image does not record a date, so I will leave date of death as indicated in Freeway West
