but, Georgetown twp is about 20+kms north of Fargo/Moorehead.

2. Birth of George is not recorded on MN birth index, but it is possible he was born in Fargo/Moorehead, or of course the farm.


3. move to WA. From the 1910 census, the family likely moved about 1902 (son Harvey was born about 1901 in MN and daughter Hazel was born about 1903 in WA)

It appears that family started spelling last name as Strandwold once in WA


4. death - WA; Shelton, Mason Co, WA [west of Tacoma, south of Hoodsport]

- husband is also buried there, but no WA death cert; his birth is recorded as born in MN not ND
- son George Clifford and a Robert Harvy (son of James Harvy Strandwold and Maxine Roseanne Main) -- but http://sheltonwacemetery.com/notes/directory.pdf records name as Robert Harold Strandwold
