- also says "fattiglem", with the meaning of "pauper"
- Halvor Ottersen Skaaret (born 1792 is the right record and corresponds to Trysilboka, v 1, p 565
2. there is no 1865 Norway Census record;,
The 1801 Census records Otter Ottersen and a son Halvor with the age of 7 - this would suggests birth closer to 1794 or possibly 1793
3. Halvor and Marte may have had other children - as of 15 Mar 2017, I have not researched for children born after 1835

* there is another Halvor Ottersen born about 1829 and married to Johanne Johansdatter - they are recorded in the 1875 and 1900 Norway Census so the above death record cannot be is and thus
(she died in 1915 as a widow, so this Halvor died between 1900 and 1915)
