In the Lycksele adminitrative notes of January 15, 1730, Lars Håkansson had requested the governor Jacob Grundels for permission to establish hiself as a settler at Kattisavan, (judgment book in 1739. At this same time, Mårten Mårtensson requested permision regarding Rusele (compare domb. 1745).
A response for Kattisavan and Rusele new buildings has not been traced, and the governor's resolution was not recorded, or had been referred to the District Court's protocol for the 1730.
In the spring Lars Håkansson began to build at Kattisavan. (Judgment book 9/1 1739). But the same year something happened to his wife Margaret Mårtensdotter because of an accident and she suffered from a serious illness. Lars probably do as much work on the settlement/homestead.
He became a widower in the fall of 1730. His young wife - only 21 years old - died after two and half years of marriage "(begravningsbok Lycksele 1730). I wonder what happened to her. There were not any notes on causes of death at this time.
However, had Mårten Mårtensson with his family (except his son Marten) moved to Kattisavan already in the summer of 1730 and built a house there (but Lars Håkansson remained in Örträsk. He died there in 1733, barely 30 years old. And had been married twice .
His son Mårten of first marrriage became the first settler in Åtskilje and son Lars from the second marriage became the first settlers in Paulträsk
