The above modified descendant report are based on the Tyskø-Sletbak, Sektstre FT, the Bygebok for Engerdal, vol 2, pages 194-195, Norway Parish registers and 1900 and 1910 Norway Census with some situations, the 1920 Norway census.
The Bygebok for Engerdal, vol 2, pages 194-195, and a PDF - Rural areas and farms around Femunden record:
.. in 1876, John Larsen, aka, Jo Larsa, had received the title deed to the farm site at Haugen, on the eastern shore of lake Femund - southeasterly direction across the lake .. the Bygebok notes that this farm was also known as Per-Hansa-Haugen. Current maps do not label this farm name .. John Larsen also had a couple of mountain pastures, Grøtådalseter [Grøtådalssetra lake] about 15-20 kms east of Haugen and Kløfthårresta, likely northeasterly from Haugen about 30 kms, and near Kløfthåa and other fishing lakes in Øvre Røa in the Rødalen area .. Jo Larsa did a lot of hunting and fishing in Femundsmarka area and both sources relate a story about the hunting of a bear .. around 1900, Jo Larsa took up permanent residence at Grøtådalssetra. He did a lot of hunting and fishing, and there are still legends about his fish catches .. Jo-Larsa was stocky and strong, and was in demand by anglers who wanted help carrying their fishing gear into the field. Jo-Larsa ended his days in 1916 -- He was alone fishing at Kløfthåa, and the hut he was staying in caught fire and burned down. [from PDF ... Rural areas and farms around Femunden, Røros-Engerdal parish .. see source citation] ... The Bygebok records this a bit differently ... He was alone, and the hut caught fire at night while he was sleeping. His clothes also caught fire. He had come out the door and jumped towards the water to put it out. In his hurry he had grabbed the net basket outside the door so it wouldn't burn up. But in the dark he had tripped and hit his head on a stone, and they found him dead on the edge of the water hole.
According to the Bygebok for Engerdal, Jon Larsen had moved to Røros when Ole Jakobsen and his wife Petra took over the farm Haugen. A direct relationship between Ole Jaboksen and Petra Marie Olsdatter Sylen has been somewhat difficult to determine.

... this FT records that Jon/John Larsen died on 15 Oct 1916, and that the cause was an accident -- found dead in the forest ... this FT records his death at Femundstraktene, Engerdal ... Femundstraktene = Femund region .... so, it is not a specific farm/house
