- Isaac's occupation listed as a carpenter - industry type is unreadable; works "own accord"; owns home (but this is difficult to read)
- children - Ida B a stenographer with a draftsman industry, Minnie A as a Teacher; Oliver B - difficult to read, but works in printing office as a "typewriter"; Victor E at school; Cora A, age 7 <1903>

- indicates death as before 1900; however, date of death would be before 1895 since he is not listed with the family in 1895 MN State

- Caroline living with Daughter, Ida B; age 68; widow
- Ida B, age 58 or 55, single, works as a bookkeeper with an architect; rents $20
- house at 906, No 664 Street (only residence on this street -- lane??; between Fresh (?) Green Lake Way and Aurora Ave)

8. Deaths of Caroline and Isaac

- both listed in Merry Keith database, with death in Sundre, AB -- likely one of the children moved to AB

9. Allie C Roan's obit - 1945 - Carolina Granum from Alberta, Canada

10. Hypothesis: Isaac and Caroline Granum left Crookston, MN after 1916 but before 1920 to live and/or stay at Sundre, AB with their daughter, Minnie and her husband Louis Mjolness

Information Gathered:
- Louis Mjolsness and Minnie are recorded in the 1916 Canada Census for the Province of Alberta, Red Deer District, sub-district #36; Louis is recorded in the 1911 Canada Census as a single
- Inez Hybholt (Granum), granddaughter of Isaac and Caroline, reports that Caroline died in 1947 in Sundre and that Isaac died in 1928 in Sundre; Minnie died in 1958 in Sundre [source?]
- Allie Roan's obit of 1945 that he is survived by a sister, Carolina Granum, of Alberta
- Julia Ann Thompson obit of 1942 notes she is survived by sister Caroline Granum of Sundre, Alberta
- US Canada Border Crossings (ancestry.com), 1908-1935, Emerson, MB, 12 March 1918, lists Isaac Granum (a bit difficult to read; ancestry.com has name recorded as Isaac Granner), age 62 (birth 1856 - corresponds to birth of 1855) as a farmer from Crookston, Minn with a destination of Didsbury, AB; cash of $60
- Caroline is not indexed on ancestry.com, US Canada Border Crossings
