I am not sure of the surname - some searches have given other names.

Family Search, FT - uses the name Caroline Olson [see Kjerstin Jonsdotter page for id number]
but, Minnesota, Death Records and Certificates, 1900-1955
for Carl Albert Mattson death in 1927, records her name as "Carolina Frank" and that is close to the Trinity Lutheran Church Records image 583

but on the same pages for sources for Nils Mattson's first wife, notes a marriage record for Illinois -- BUT the year is 1870

Carolina married Nils Larson Mattson. (Nils Larson Mattson was born on 2 Aug 1827 in Sweden, died on 15 Aug 1890 in Watertown, Carver Co, Minnesota, United States ⁹⁵²⁸ and was buried in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, Watertown, Carver Co, Minnesota, United States.)
