- WW II Draft - Location of Birth is likely correct, but date 1885 conflicts with other information ; however the information card was signed by him on 26 Apr 1942 in Bellingham -- thus this is likely the most accurate; it doesn't make a lot of sense to "fudge" birth, even by a year since he was 56-57 years old
- MN State: 1885 MN State records age as 1 year as of 1 May 1885, so he would have been one year old in 4 days; as of 1 June 1895 he was 11 years old at his last birthday <1884> and in this ED for 11 years <1884> --- this also would mean his birth in Becker Co;
- 1910 US - age 26, thus birth 1884; 1 Jan 1920, age 35 at last birthday, thus birth 1884 ; 1 Apr 1930, age 45 at last birthday, thus birth 1884
