Research Notes:
Summary:
Following her direct ancestor line, she descends from the early Finnish settlers [Porkka] on the farm Fäbacken [initially in Fryskände parish and then later part of Östmark parish, and even later, a part of Lekvattnet parish]. Following his father's line, he was my third cousin, 7 times removed. And following his mother's line, he was my "half third cousin, 4 times removed". So there is a 'double relationship'.
Brita left for North America in 1868 and most likely went to Stockholm Twp in Wright Co, MN. She is recorded living with Jöns Erickson [1834-1912] and Kajsa Jonsdotter [1829-1902] family. Brita was a 1st cousin to Jöns [their fathers were brothers] and also a 1st cousin once removed to Kajsa.
Unfortunately, Brita died in 1874 due to a lung infection. She was not married.

See Östmark (S) AI:21 (1861-1865) Page 650, Fäbacken (AID: v9146.b269.s650) at the top of the page is : Anders Jonsson, b 15 Dec 1827 and his family
then a few lines, brother dr. Jon Jonsson, b 28 Jan 1835
then a few more, pig. Maria Jonsdotter, b 9 Sep 1839 ; reference from Lekvattnet ;and then to page 652 in 62 then, pig. Britta Jonsdotter b 1832 ; referenced that she came from Lekvattnet; then to Hivtkårn 4 Nov 1863 - - this is likely Vitsand but written in an older spelling - but the problem is that she isn't recorded as moving into Vitsand parish - in the Östmark moving out records, she is noted as moving in 1863 to Hvitkärn - moving in or out records usually refer to moving to another parish, not another farm
(but I don't know - the placename is not in the ort register; BUT, other spellings: Vittkärn - see, AID v9132.b94.s88 Östmark (S) AI:7 (1811-1815) Image 94 / Page 88 - handwriting looks very similiar; register for page 88 - Vitkärn -- but this still isn't connected to a place name in Östmark in previous vol 1856-1859 or the next volume, 1866-1870
BUT the name is noted: Lekvattnet (S) AI:3 (1861-1865) Image 3 starting at page 50 - Hvittkärn, BUT she is not recorded (AID: v11987.b3) and in the Lekvattnet parish moving in records, she is noted as moving in to Lekvattnet on 13 Dec 1863 and going to page 52 in the household records which is Hvitkärn Poiansana, recorded as a piga, and then on 4 Nov 1864 she moves to page: - page 129 which is North Lekvattnet - Roberg; BUT she moves again in Oct 1865 to page 69 - page 69, Kållerud and the farm of Henrik Andersson
