1. Death location, uncertain, 10 Sep 1946, Kennedy, Saskatchewan, Canada. John Berglund's location of death is uncertain. Findagrave and most Family Trees on Ancestry and FamilySearch record the location of his death as Kennedy, SK. However, there is no source citiations and I have not found any evidence. His last known location was a few Kms west of the hamlet Hilda in Alberta [1931 Canada Census]. The grave marker at the Kennedy Cemetery includes son Roland along with posted obit for Roland. The findagrave post also says that Roland died at Kennedy, but that is not correct. Roland Berglund's death in 1946 is recorded on the Alberta Death Index [Ancestry collection with the original source as the Alberta Provincial Archives] with his death at Hilda, Alberta.

John E Berglund is not indexed on the above above index from Alberta. Nor is he noted on available indexes in Saskatchewan.
