- records a Finnish Family Name (FFN) of "Luukkonen" for Ivar Nilsson b 1713
AND, posts written paragraph on both Ivar Nilsson and his father Nils Jönsson originally posted by "evajedlund" on 4 Dec 2012 (and 'shared' by at least another 10-11 people); download and saved in z-folder-Ancestry PDF.... and I have translated the information and saved as a text document. NOTE that this document provides no new information, and that there is no information regarding the source of these notes.
- this FT also shows some ancestors back to Anders Olofsson (1620-1697) and his wife

2. The above Family Trees (FT's) all record that the parents of Ivar Nilsson (1713-1787) who was my 6th great grandfather, were Nils Jönsson and Gertrud Engelbretsdotter from Östmark.

The most direct evidence that this is likely correct is that Ivar Nilsson's (b 1713) birth/baptism record [Fryksände (S) CI:1 (1707-1732) Page 89, no 29] that clearly names Nils Jönsson and Gertrud Engelbretsdotter from Östmark as his parents.


3. Did Ivar Nilsson (b 1713) have other brothers/sisters?

Following reviews the household records for the village/farm of Östmark. I have likely found at least three other siblings: Jöns (b 1704), Engelbret (b 1706), and Pär (b 1719). But also there appears to be a daughters Britta, Gertrud and Ingeborg

It is likely that there were other siblings, born between 1706 and 1713 and possibly between 1713 and 1719, but I haven't found any other direct or indirect evidence of who they were. The efternanm (patronymic) of "Nilsson or Nilsdotter" was fairly common at that time. No other family researcher names other siblings.
