Johan Peder Skåret

  Research Notes:

1. I met in 1980 in Sweden and visited him in his home; a couple of pictures. I think he lived close to his father's place, but the house that he had was smaller and separate from his father's place.

Mom's note in her "2 inch brown binder" says that we had visited Sigrid Grambo (nee, Skåret), and she had introduced us or told us about her "blind brother", John. I don't know how long he had been blind.

2. the geni.com FT and ancestry FT agree on the date of death, 1983, 3 years after our visit. ⁷⁵⁸⁵

1. Residence, 1950, 1950, Los, Gävleborg Co, Sweden. ⁷⁶¹⁶ Locality, Rullbo (no 1:7). He is recorded as single and his occupation is recorded as a Forsmästare [I haven't found a translation, but likely a master forester].

2. Residence, 1960, 1960, Los, Gävleborg Co, Sweden. ⁷⁶¹⁷ Locality, Rullbo (no 1:7). Johan is recorded as single, and as an occupation he is recorded as Forstmäst, fd (forester, retired).
