Elmer Bjelland (indexed as Byland) age 28 <1902> born in MN, farming. Wife Lottie E [?] age 30 <1900>; daugther Lorraine age 7 <1923> and son Elmer age 2 yrs and 4 months <abt Dec 1927>. Also recorded is Marie Jackson, mother in law to head of household, age 62, widow. See event note on Anna C's, Marie's daughter's, 1930 Census record where Marie/Maria is also recorded. As I indicated, I think Marie was living with her daughter Anna, but was visiting her daughter Lottie. As a result Marie Jackson was recorded twice.

2. Residence 1940, 1 Apr 1940, Woodside Twp, Polk Co, Minnesota, United States. ⁶⁶⁹⁴ In 1940, Elmer and Lottie Bjelland family lived on the farm in Woodside Twp, Polk Co, MN. Elmer is recorded as age 38 with grade 7; he worked and owned his own farm and had a house valued at $900.00. Lottie is recorded with the age of 39 and had 1 year of College. Daughter Lorraine is 17 yrs old and in high school for 2 yrs. Son Lyle is recorded as with the first initial of E. He is age 12 and in grade 6.
The 1940 Census notes that the family lived at the same place/house in Apr 1935.

Lottie married Elmer L Bjelland on 12 Apr 1922 in Crookston, Polk Co, Minnesota, United States ⁶⁶⁸⁹.^,6690 (Elmer L Bjelland was born on 7 Jun 1901 in Minnesota, United States,^6693,6695 died on 9 Mar 1985 in Clackamas Co, Oregon, United States ⁶⁶⁹⁵ and was buried in Belle Passi Memorial Mausoleum, Silver Falls City, Marion Co, Oregon, United States ⁶⁶⁹⁵.)
