Research Notes:
1. according to the geni.com family data, but no "proof" [24 Jun 2016] - father was Iver Gundersen, a "sagmester" - master sawmiller, born 1665 in Røros and died 15 Nov 1727 in Røros - mother was Bente (or Beritte) Clausdatter, born 1646 and died 1715 (Kolhberger - her father was Claus Andersen and he was "bergsknedt", liking meaning a male worker or laborer with coal [kol] at the Røros mine]
2. 2nd marriage - after 1754; according to Tolga gards og ....., page 551 "...When Bervsend Olsen died, the widow was married again in 1754 to Nils Pedersen Søndmør, b 1703, d. 1755ho likely came from Sundmøre (or Søndmør) in Western Norway ... the farm name originates with him..."
BUT NOTE: there seems to be a misprint, since the sentence before the one noted, : As mentioned under Orvøya, there is also old settlement here, in that Bersvend Olsen, b. 1699, d. 1797, may have started clearing here in the 1740s. - this records that Bersvend died 1797, but then his widow married again in 1754 UNLESS the year 1797 refers to Bervsend wife, Ingeborg Iversdatter b 1798-99 and died 1797.
Also Note: the parish record for Tolga is almost impossible to read. I can only make out very few names
