then: on page 755 under Thore and Berit Grue - 1919 their home farm was sold or taken over by son Nels - and, Thore and Berit move to a vacant house on Simon's place and lived their until to when Whitecourt [1923 ??]

We would have sour cream and bread with chokcherry syrup and fried potatoes. Hm! Hm!'

OBIT Mrs. Simon Grue Camrose Canadian, issue 9 Jun 1943 - passed away that the Ponoka Mental Hospital on 29 May 1943 - she had been in failling health for a year, entering St Mary's Hospital on 4 May [then transfered to Ponoka] - born on 5 May 1888 at Oswego, ND to Christian O Broen and Gina [Lomnes] - came to Armena in the spring of 1909 [from Sheldon, ND] - married Simon T Grue of Hay Lakes, 21 Dec 1911 - survived by husband Simon, daughter Berta (Mrs Raymond Stavne) of Hay Lakes and Irene .... 4 sisters, a brother Tony Broen of Armena - funeral at St Josephs Lutheran Church .... flowers ....
