- there is no record of any birth on MN Birth Index, pre 1900 on ancestry
- Familysearch.org does have a record for his birth, but not death
- note: 1910 US Census indicates that Agathe was the mother of 7 children with six living - the other children are listed in 1910 -- this leads me to believe that Oskar had died prior to 1900 and so, it is likely the information from the family is likely correct
