- 3 articles from the Grand Forks Herald -- one in 1910 recording Albert and a number of other men from Crookston attending the fair in East Grand Folks; one in 1908 recording Albert traveling to Grand Forks to view the 'sanitary' conditions at the Fire Hall in Grand Forks for ideas to improve the conditions at the Fire Hall in Crookston; and on 13 Aug 1915, an article recording Albert had been in a car accident and was being released from the Grand Forks hospital to recuperate at home in Crookston with a serious cut/slash in the armpit 3440
