- he is found in the 1880 US and 1885 MN State with his parents, Charles C Odney, sister, Agnes, brother Oscar)
and in 1900, single as a roomer in Grand Forks. BUT cannot find him in subsequent census;

- some issues from 1913-1922: Mrs. Emma C Odney, delinquent taxes for lots 1 & 3, Charlebois Addition, Minot, Ward County; in 1915, the County Auditor (legal note in the paper) says that the lots were sold according to the law, but the delinquents taxes continued to accumulate until at least in 1922 (started in 1909).
