According to the 1832 marriage record she was 19 and half years old, and so a calculated birth would be Mar 1813. The record notes that she was born at Femundsenden in Røros parish - her father was John Olsen from Fedmundsenden ... I have not confirmed her birth

Berit married Erik Nilsen, son of Nils Mikkelsen and Gjertrud Eriksdtr Moen, on 5 Sep 1832 in Dresvjø, Rendal, Hedmark Co, Norway.⁴³²⁵ (Erik Nilsen was born on 25 Apr 1801 in Røros, Sør-Trøndelag, Norway ²⁰⁷⁸ and died on 26 Nov 1888 in Drevsjø, Engerdal, Hedmark Co, Norway ⁴³²⁶.)

In 1832 the area around Dresjø was a part of Rendalen parish and was located in the area known as Øvre Rendal
