1. Emigration, 1882: Leaving for North America, 6 Apr 1882, Bjuråker, Gävleborg län, Sweden. 9659 Halsten spent most of his life in Sweden at Sormark with his family. In 1881 he moved to Bjuråker parish in Gävleborg. It is not clear why he moved here. In Apr 1882 he left Bjuråker to travel to North America.
