From Sonmor FT, Judith A Amundsen. Notes:
Margaret Wise reported Maret lived with her grandparents (Goro & Jacob Sonmor). They had a place in the mountains back of the
old home where they took their sheep every summer. The Rena River went up to Tolga Station, past it and down south to Hamar.
Letter from Helen Brandvold Johnson reported the marriage between Simon and Marit 'did not go well and Marit left her husband,
reassumed the name of Sonmor and migrated to the US. One of her daughters already lived in North Dakota.
