- a very short obit from Weber Funeral home in Camrose, but not very helpful

"Alvin Gustav Naslund was the second child of Johan and Hildur, born on October 13, 1919. He was the first born child in Canada, as Carl was born in Minnesota. He served in WW II but did not go overseas. Alvin farmed in the Ohaton area for a number of years, and then settled in Camrose. He married a lady by the name of Hazel Buckle, originally from Rosalind, Alberta. She had several children from a first relationship, but her and Alvin had no children, as they were married later in life. Unfortunately, I do not know when they were married. From Camrose, they moved to Rosalind, but I do not know if they lived in Rosalind or on a farm near there. I do not think he actually farmed during their time in Rosalind. Alvin died Nov. 25, 1985 at the age of 66. He was buried at Greenview Cemetery east of Rosalind. Hazel died Sept. 2, 2012 at the age of 92, and was also buried at this cemetery."

Alvin married Hazel Madeline Buckle. (Hazel Madeline Buckle was born on 29 Sep 1919 in Alberta, Canada and died on 2 Sep 2012 in Alberta, Canada.)
