1. DISBYT: Tommy Jönsson (id # 45106) updated 18 Feb 2016 [search Olof Johansson Hotakka, Fryksände\\

- records Johan Olofsson birth/death (corresponds to parish records) and Kerstin Halstensdotter's birth (1695) and death (1745);
The Frysände parish dödbok website does record the death/burial of Kerstin Halstensdotter from Östmark with her burial as 5 Jun 1745 (http://www.ostra-mtervik.se/hbf/historia/kyrkbokomantal/kyrkbok/dfryk.htm#_Toc61171687)

BUT the Fryksände parish record for vol CI:2, 1733-1749, page 357 does not have a burial record for Jun 1745, only May and then July; - missing page ???? [I don't know where the transcribed "dödbok" found this date].

- this person, Johan Olofsson Hotakka b 1697 parents were Olof Johansson (? 1654-1736) and Gertrud Olofsdotter (?1654 - 1737) But DOES NOT record a father to Olof Johansson b about 1654.



ALSO: Kenneth Bergman records another person named (Johan) Olofsson Hotakka, Johan (?1664-1726 at Kymmen) and he links this Johan Olofsson Hotakka's father as Olof Andersson Hotakka, with no birth or death date, and that this Olof Andersson Hottaka's father was Anders Jönsson Hotakka b about 1600 in Finland
- this Johan Olofsson (1664-1726) married to Annica Larsdotter (Kukkionen) b abt 1670; does record any children
- there is no death records for Gräsmark parish, 1723-1749 (last is 1722 and then 1750); first Household record volume for Gräsmark parish starts in 1765
BUT, he noted a couple of court records - one from 1725 taking about a person named Johan Olofsson from Kymmen claiming inheritance from Ärnsjön farm since Anders Andersson and Mats Olofsson (Kargen) heirs to the farm; mentions that Johan Olofsson's grandfather was Anders Andersson Hattack
[ ++ Kenneth Bergman makes a note that wonders if this shouldn't be Anders Jonsson, "ff" - father's father]


DO NOT CONFUSE !!!!! the above person with 'our' relationship

this Johan Olofsson (Hotakka), 1697-1761, and following a direct line from 'our' Anders Stephansson's wife, Helga Nilsdotter, 1800-1860, with another Johan Olofsson (1664-1726) who was the son of Olof Andersson (b 1640. d. ?) and a brother to Johan Andersson 1625-1678 - Olof and Johan Andersson were sons of Anders Jönsson Hotakka (b bet 1590 and 1600).

These are different people !!
