- John Estensen is listed as a Fostersøn

- From the description of material: A genealogy and a family history of the descendants of Ingul Johnsen Midtdal born 22 Jul 1816 Midtdal, Os, Hedmark, Norway and died 3 Nov 1902. He married Aagot Toresdtr. Narbuvold who was born 20 Apr 1816 Narbuvold, Narbuvollen, Hedmark, Norway and died 16 Jan 1902. They had two children and 16 grandchildren. They have about 680 descendants of whom about 118 live in various places in Canada and the U.S.A.
