Gladys Hildreth, Obit

Gladys H. Hildreth, 99, of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Windom, died Oct. 7, 2009, in Tucson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 17, at 11 a.m., in Delafield Lutheran Church at Fort Belmont in Jackson.

Graveside services will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Jackson with lunch served at Jackson United Methodist Church.

Gladys H. Egge was born March 10, 1910, to Theodore J. and Hannah (Sevalrude) Egge. Gladys was baptized and confirmed at Delafield Lutheran Church in Delafield Township of Jackson County.

In 1934, Gladys married Leon Hildreth and were the parents of four children: Ann, Jean, Judy and Douglas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, R. Leon Hildreth; a daughter, Jean Wulf; and a great-grandson, Johnathon Wulf. Survivors include her sister, 104-year-old Tillie Gilbertson; and son-in-law, Marvin Wulf.

2. Burial - 2009, Oct 2009, Riverside Cemetery, Jackson, Jackson Co, Minnesota, United States. Gladys' obit records that she was buried at Riverside Cemetery in Jackson Co, MN. Her husband, Leon Hildreth's obit, notes that he was buried at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Jackson Co, MN. Find a grave does not have either indexed or photgraphed. It is not clear why they would have been buried in different cemeteries.
