.. start by a Name ["Julius Wold"] and then by location - US, Washington, Snohomish Co .... Warranty deeds - land
.... If I understand this correctly, Julius bought 10 acres of land on the NE¼ of Sec 34, Twp 32N, Range 4 west of the Williamete on 27 Dec 1894 from Lars Wold and Sara Wold [said parties of the 1st part]. And also another 10 acres from Elias Tangen, same quarter and section, but 10 acres belonged to Lars and Sara and the other 10 belonged to Elias.
... Then on 21 Sept 1901, Julius and Olava with their lawyer, Ole E Eide sold the W½of SE¼of NE¼ of Sec 34, Twp 32N, a total of 20 acres to John E Westle [sp?] for $500. This deed also states "before me [notary public] personally appeared Julius Wold and his wife Clara Wold by their attorney in fact Ole E. Ede to me known to be the individual described ..." This isn't clear whether Julius and Clara appeared in person, or if the signature and "seal" was present to the notary public by their lawyer Ole E Eide.
