Thomas emigrated to the US in 1877 and lived at Newman Grove, NE [abt 200 kms west and a bit north of Omaha]
- he was married Boletha Simonson in 1891, but she died in 1905; Thomas remarried in 1916 to Emma Juelson.
- in 1914 Thomas along with some of his children had first come to the Armena area in 1914 and he had purchased the SEĽ of Sec 32-48-20-4, later aquiring or at least farmed the S˝ of Sec 33 [see Armena history ... p 105]
and the NEĽ Sec 29-47-20-4 [page 94, Armena history...]
- Thomas sold his farm in 1932 ... moved to Ferndale, WA and later to Bellingham
Gustav married Ragnhild Kristina Skaret, daughter of Ole Olsen Skaret and Kristina Eriksson, on 29 Dec 1920 in Camrose, Alberta, Canada.
