Karen Jonsdatter Svetdalen, 1723-1807, and Mikkel Hansen Langeland .. 5 children: Hans Mikkelsen Jon Mikkelsen, 1751-1806 Ingeborg Mikkelsdatter, 1751? 1835 Margaret Mikkelsdatter Maren Mikkelsdatter ----- note: I haven't researched the children for his first marriage, although there is some information in the Bygebok for Engerdal, vol 2, pages 195-196, and page 248-250 ... for sons Hans and Jon.

Karen Jonsdatter (Sevatdal), married twice, Femund Hyttplass, 18/4-1807 RB (1797-1813, page 508b) Karen Jonsdatter lived at Femunden (Femundshytten). She left behind the following children from two marriages: Children from the first marriage with Michel Hansen Langland (died 1756): 1: John Mikkelsen died and has left behind the following children: a: Mikkel Johnsen 24 years, b: Dordi Jonsdatter 13 years, 2: Margrete Mikkelsdatter, married to Casper Caspersen Brekken, 3: Ingeborg Mikkelsdatter, widow of Ingebrigt Johnsen Tufsingdal, 4: Maren Mikkelsdatter died, previously married to Guttorm Larsen in Trondhjem. She left behind children, but their names are not mentioned. Guttorm Larsen received the inheritance on behalf of the children.

He was the son of Hans Olsen Langland and Margrete Michelsdatter Scot (died 1754). Karen Jonsdatter was married for the second time on 6/8-1758 to Jon Pedersen Feragen who I believe was the son of Peder Jonsen Feragen (alias Funnesdal) and , see the comments after the died after Peder Olsen Buck ----see v. 354 [Jon Pedersen Feragen's mother} --- His widow Margrete Pedersdatter was supposed to be a sister of Jon Pedersen Feragen. Jon Pedersen Feragen living at Femundshytten was buried 5 Sunday after Easter 1800 80 years old and John Pedersen's widow Karen Joensdatter was buried 8/2-1807 86 years old
*** Ingeborg Mikkelsdatter Langeland, married Ingebret Johnsen Moen [1760-1806] and Ingeborg and Ingebret were the grandparents of my 5th cousin, 3 times removed: John Johnsen Moen, 1822-1912 - John Johnsen died at Westerose, Alberta [east of Westaskiwin] and he was connected to many 'Moen cousins'

According to the Bygebok for Engerdal, vol 2, page 247, Jon Mikkelsen was the son of Michel Hansen Langeland and Karen Jonsdotter. It records that Karen and Michel Langeland were married in Åla, at one time a part of the northern sections of Sør Trondelag, but parish boundaries changed over time.
